Classic Tai Chi

Qi Gong

Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art. Over the years it has gained the reputation as a health promoting exercise. Tai Chi can influence every aspect of ones life to create harmony of mind, body and spirit. There are many benefits to this graceful art:

  • Increased Flexibility
  • Tones Muscles
  • Increased Energy
  • Increased Mobility
  • Improved Circulation
      (i.e. fall prevention for Seniors)
  • Improved Balance
No special clothing or equipment required. Tai Chi can be done standing or sitting. Anyone can practice and proceed at his or her own pace.

 


Classes are two mornings a week for one hour.

Tuesdays and Fridays – 10:30  -  11:30am
